This home was built so that your entire group can enjoy your trip on the property or be extremely convenient to the front ranges' best locations. This home has 2 separate living areas with fully stocked kitchens, 4 beds, and 2 areas with couches. When you unlock the deadbolts from both sides you can turn it into a large home. There is more than enough room for everyone, just moments from the I-70 highway, set back from the street, and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Smart TVs and the fastest WiFi possible in the area. This home was fully remodeled summer 2020! Equipped with all new beds and furniture.

You'll find 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find two walk-in showers, All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There are 6 stools total for dining seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.

There are two dining areas that are perfect for enjoying a meal. There is the island which has 2 stools and the dining table with 4 more.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. The laundry can be found in the closet near the door to the backyard.

I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during, or after your stay.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 4min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

We DO NOT ACCEPT LOCALS as we have had issues in the past with locals utilizing our homes for reasons it was not intended to be.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!

Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the laundry room with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
