Local Artist Suite #4 - Queen Anne Bed & Breakfast

Room - spacious, we utilized the different spaces (work desk area, breakfast corner, living room area). We enjoyed the huge soaking tub! Food - the absolute highlight was having their wonderful breakfasts and afternoon snacks! Loved having access to the dining area after hours to make tea, get water (both hot and cold filtered). Due to having some meetings in the mornings, I could not join for breakfast in the dining room and the lovely staff bought my breakfast up to me Communication was perfect! Around the BNB is very nice, we looked around the gardens and enjoyed seeing the park (with all the lovely dogs roaming around) in the morning. We went to see shows at Boettcher Hall and Summit Music Hall which was about ~25 minutes walking to the venues Overall, we would love to stay again!

We stayed in the largest suite in the second house with Queen Anne. It was WONDERFUL!!!!! This was our first experience with a Bed and Breakfast. It could not have been a better experience. The chef on the weekends is a trained chef with years of restaurant experience. The meal she prepared was absolutely out of this world!!! The gardens in the back offered a peaceful and pretty place to eat. They truly thought of everything at Queen Anne. It was a clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff and we really hope to stay there again in the future. It wasn't a short walk but it did provide an easy, mostly flat walk to both downtown/16th St area and also Mile High stadium.

Beautiful place, conveniently located!
