This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. There are a total of 4 Queen beds, a huge basement sectional, and an additional couch upstairs.

Bedroom 1 - The main upstairs bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen bed with a fun Titanic theme.
Bedroom 2 - This Alice in Wonderland themed bedroom comes with a brand new queen bed.
Bedroom 3 - This pirates of the Caribbean bedroom is perfect for kids and adults alike!

You'll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You will find two shower/tub combo's. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.

The living room continues with the movie theme. What an amazing space to talk about your favorite films. There is a large 6 person dining table. The entire top floor has windows letting in natural light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, take advantage of all the amenities, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.

The basement level is jam packed with everything your group could need to enjoy themselves. Immediately once walking down the stairs you will find a huge comfortable sectional with a massive 120" projector screen to match. You will be surrounded by movie memorabilia and there is a old school style popcorn machine for your groups enjoyment. After the movie, challenge friends to a supersized game of Mario Cart on the Wii U!

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

I am here for you during your stay - but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during, or after your stay.

This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Our neighbors take this rule very seriously.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!

Please note that we have installed a ring camera cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Be aware that we have a noise sensor that monitors the noise level at all times.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
