LIVING SPACE
Step into the family room and be instantly transported to a refined mountain lodge, where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Thoughtfully curated details—like the reclaimed cedar accent wall and bespoke lighting—create a warm, tranquil ambiance that invites you to unwind. Sink into the oversized sectional, cue up the 60" wall-mounted TV, and enjoy movie nights, game days, or streaming marathons by the glow of the cozy gas fireplace. Don’t forget the popcorn!

KITCHEN & DINING
The compact, well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need to fuel your Denver adventures. The full-size fridge gives you space to store your goodies, and cooking appliances ensure you’re able to prepare all your favorite meals. The darling coffee bar will put a bounce in your step each morning, and the unique restored laundry tub sink makes washing dishes feel like much less of a chore. Please note there is no oven.

Feel like cooking outside? The Green Mountain Grill functions as a smoker, grill, and oven! You will love the convenient cooking and easy clean up so you can get on with your Colorado adventures.

When it’s time to gather for a meal, you’ll find seating for four (with 2 additional chairs) around the stylish high-top table.

BED & BATH
Two tranquil, large sized bedrooms each have a plush queen-size bed where up to four adults can sleep soundly. Each room also benefits from central heat and A/C, as well as a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable in every season, you control the temperature. Other features include plenty of storage, and windows that let natural light pour in. Dual lamps are ideal for bedtime reading, and the wall-mounted TVs in each bedroom are ready for movie marathons and streaming sessions.

Guests have one modern, full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The bathroom is fully equipped with shampoo, soap, and towels, plus a couple of cozy robes to help you feel right at home.

An additional queen-size air mattress can be set up perfectly within the U shape of the sectional couch to accommodate two more guests, so nobody has to miss out on the fun.

The washer and dryer are handy for guests who prefer to pack super light or for cleaning up after a day spent out in nature. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are all provided.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The large, private fenced-in backyard is ideal for entertaining or simply for enjoying a morning coffee or afternoon beer in peace. You’ll find plenty of yard games to keep kids (and kids at heart) entertained.

The covered patio is a snug place to spend evenings with loved ones reflecting on another magical day in Denver, and there’s also a smoker and grill set up and ready for the cooks in your group to create al fresco feasts.

Private parking is available for guests on the back driveway and there is also plenty of free street parking for additional vehicles.

Located in a charming, historic neighborhood with restored Victorian and craftsman-style brick homes and Denver squares. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay right here on your doorstep and you’ll find coffee shops, boutiques, bars, and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

We are located less than a mile from Washington Park, a large green space with amenities including sports facilities, botanic gardens, playgrounds, and running tracks. Our friendly local community loves this space and you’ll see lots of folks walking their dogs and chatting with others.

Downtown Denver is just three miles away and can be reached via the light railway which is just steps from the apartment. There’s plenty to see and do here, including Denver Central Market, 16th Street Mall, Denver Art Museum, Downtown Aquarium, Larimer Square, and Colorado Convention Center.

Denver is also perfectly positioned to enjoy the incredible natural landscapes of Colorado, making it an idyllic destination for outdoor adventurers. Depending on the season, you can go skiing, hiking, biking, kayaking, and white water rafting within easy driving distance of the apartment.

Walking distance to the light rail and all public transportation from the airport to the mountains and everything in between. You could easily use public transportation and never have to rent a car. 7 minutes by car/bus/lightrail to downtown Denver and a 75 minute drive to the mountains and ski areas.

•For safety and security, the property is equipped with a Blink doorbell, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher.

•There is a staircase down into the apartment so unfortunately, this property is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Traffic from I-25 can be heard outside but this brick house inside is very quiet and cozy.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.

•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation. 

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
