The morning of check-in I will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do in town, my favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We ask that you be mindful of quiet hours between 10pm-8am.

Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.

IMPORTANT: AWD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months in order to get to the Winter Park Valley. Once here, the roads are well maintained!

Use hot tub at your own risk.
A $100 fine will be charged for misuse of the hot tub requiring a drain and refill.
