BEDROOMS
This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably.

Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): Indulge in the spacious luxury of this primary bedroom, featuring a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Relax with your own smart TV and enjoy the convenience of main-level living.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs Master): This private upstairs suite boasts a plush King bed and an attached en-suite bathroom. This bedroom features dedicated air conditioning, a desk setup for catching up on remote work, and black-out shades for a perfect night's rest.

Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Perfect for kids or a group setup, this room features a unique bunk bed configuration with a Twin bed over a Full bed. An additional Twin bed provides extra sleeping space, and guests have their own en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): With a King bed and contemporary design elements, this bedroom exudes chic elegance. Includes its own private en-suite bathroom and a smart TV for late-night entertainment.

Downstairs Living Space: A pull-out sofa bed in the lower living area couch is available to comfortably accommodate additional guests.

Each of the 4 bedrooms boasts its own dedicated, full en-suite bathroom, ensuring complete privacy for your group. An additional half bath is conveniently available. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners. •This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge. 

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.
