BEDROOMS
This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Each bedroom is thoughtfully stocked with two cozy robes for added comfort and relaxation during your stay.

Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom, featuring a King bed, His and Her bath robes for relaxation and comfort, and a private en-suite bathroom with claw foot tub.

Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): This beautiful bedroom boasts a King bed and His and Her bath robes for relaxation and comfort, offering a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication near the main hallway full bathroom.

Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): Located on the top level, this cozy bedroom features a Queen bed and His and Her bath robes for relaxation and comfort, with easy access to the upstairs hallway bathroom.

For additional sleeping space, this home offers a pullout sofa in the second floor family room.

You'll find 3 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting and hotel-grade towels in this home. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances (5 burner GAS stove with cast iron griddle) and everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners. Surrounded by the sweeping landscapes of the Pike National Forest, this quiet neighborhood feels delightfully disconnected from the hustle and bustle, yet it serves as an ideal base camp for outdoor adventure. Visitors and locals alike enjoy world-class hiking along the nearby Colorado Trail, gold-medal fishing at Jefferson Lake, and scenic mountain passes, all while remaining a scenic 50-minute drive from the ski slopes of Breckenridge.

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•In winter months, it is mandatory to have a AWD or 4 Wheel Drive to get through the passes to the cabin.

•Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside and will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover mitigation costs. 

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge. 

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed. 

•We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. We do not allow cats.
