BEDROOMS
This home features 3 bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably.

Bedroom 1 - Retreat upstairs to the primary bedroom, with a King bed, smart TV and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Located downstairs, this room features a comfortable Queen bed and the convenience of a private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 - Perfect for families or groups, this downstairs room boasts two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and its own en-suite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
You'll find 3.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home.

3 Full Bathrooms: All en-suites attached to each of the three bedrooms.

1 Half Bathroom: Conveniently located upstairs in the office/secondary living space area.

All showers are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

In the warmer months, the town transforms into a hub for outdoor recreation, featuring hiking, fly-fishing, and paddleboarding on the popular Nottingham Lake.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more.

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge. 

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.
