BEDROOMS
This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably.

Bedroom 1 (1st Floor) - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom, featuring a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with heated floors. The modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly, offering a serene retreat that invites relaxation.

Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor) - This bedroom boasts 1 Queen bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor) - This bedroom features 1 Queen bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 4 (Loft) - A fun Bunked Bed set up featuring a Single-over-Queen bed, with a single pullout chaise. This room includes its own private en-suite bathroom with cozy heated floors, allowing for plenty of space for connection and late nights.

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge. 

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.
