BEDROOMS
This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably (with flexibility for 1 additional guest on the couch).

Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the comfort of this first-floor bedroom, featuring a Queen bed, Peloton, smart TV, and workspace.

Bedroom 2 - Also located on the first floor, bedrooms offers a Queen bed and smart TV.

Bedroom 3 - Cozy and secluded on the lower level, this bedroom features a Full bed, making it a quiet haven for rest and relaxation.

(Note: For your comfort, the front two bedrooms include ceiling fans and sound machines, the back bedroom features a tabletop fan, and all three bedrooms are equipped with space heaters, and room-darkening curtains).

BATHROOMS
You'll find 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. There is 1 full bathroom and 1 three-quarter bathroom. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops, modern appliances, a coffee machine, and a crockpot with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group, featuring a central thermostat to keep the climate perfect and a portable bluetooth speaker to set the mood. The room flows effortlessly into the comfortable living room, equipped with a large Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows (guest log-in required). Need to log on? A dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and monitor is ready for remote productivity.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more.

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside and will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover mitigation costs. 

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge. 

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed. 

•We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. We do not allow cats.
