BEDROOMS
This home has 4 bedrooms with smart televisions and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably.

Bedroom 1 (Third Floor) - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 (Third Floor) - This second master bedroom features a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, with sleek furnishings and elegant decor, it serves as a cozy yet stylish haven.

Bedroom 3 (Second Floor) - This bedroom features a comfortable full sized bed and access to a shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (Second Floor) - Equipped with two sets of twin over twin bunks, this room shares the Jack and Jill bathroom and serves as a welcoming oasis for kids, family members, or extra guests.

You'll find 3.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more.

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge. 

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed. 

•PET FRIENDLY HOMES: We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. We do not allow cats.
