BEDROOMS
This home has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably.

Primary 1 - Indulge in the comfort of the primary bedroom featuring a King bed, smart TV and an en-suite full bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - This custom bedroom features a King bed along with 3 XL Full Bunks and smart TV, making it ideal for groups or families looking for maximum sleeping space.

BATHROOMS
You'll find 2 clean and fully stocked full bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Bathroom 1 - En-suite full bathroom located off the Primary Bedroom.

Bathroom 2 - Full bathroom conveniently located near the main living areas and second bedroom.

Daily Resort Fee: The building HOA charges a booking fee of $55 plus a $55 daily resort fee upon check in

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge. 

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed. 

•We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $500 pet fee for potential pet-related damages. We do not allow cats.
