BEDROOMS
This home has 2 bedrooms plus a living room sleeper sofa and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Primary Bedroom – Located on the second floor, this private bedroom features a Queen bed, room-darkening shades, sound machine, Smart TV with Roku, and convenient access to the shared full bathroom.
Bedroom 2 – Located on the second floor, this bedroom features two Queen-over-Queen bunk beds, making it ideal for families or groups. Room-darkening shades and a sound machine provide added comfort.
Living Room – The first-floor living room includes a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.

BATHROOMS
You'll find 1.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home.

Half Bathroom – Conveniently located on the first floor.
Full Bathroom – Located on the second floor and features a shower/tub combination. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hotel-quality towels, and bright lighting are provided.

Whether you're visiting for outdoor adventure or a relaxing mountain escape, this location puts it all within easy reach.

• This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

• Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee

• Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

• Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

• Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge. 

• To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed. 

• We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. We do not allow cats.
