NO SMOKING INSIDE, NO OUTSIDE FIRES, the two small fireplaces (one in the basement with the pool table, and the other in the primary bedroom are inoperable). The main fireplace in the living room with the vaulted ceilings is a wood burning fireplace and you CAN use that one.

Please make sure to put the address into your phone BEFORE you leave; cell service is VERY spotty near the home

Per Jefferson County Rules, ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES OUTSIDE - there is a $500 fine.

Please note this is a mountain home with no A/C. There are fans provided for your comfort.

IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.
