BEDROOMS
This home has 1 sleeping loft and 1 additional sleeping area, comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests.

Primary – Located in the open loft, featuring a comfortable Queen bed overlooking the main living space.
Bedroom 2 – Located on the lower level, this sleeping area includes a Full pull-out sofa, ideal for additional guests.

BATHROOMS
You'll find 1 clean and fully stocked 3/4 bathroom on the main floor, featuring a walk-in shower, bright lighting, fresh towels, and essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything needed for your stay.

The inviting living area is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the mountains. Cozy up beside the pellet stove, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV downstairs, challenge your group to one of the board games, or spend the evening stargazing with the home's telescope. A dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and monitor makes working remotely easy.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Step onto the back deck to enjoy fresh mountain air while cooking on the propane grill. The property also includes a horseshoe game for outdoor fun. With wide-open skies, this is an incredible spot for stargazing. Please note that the telescope should be stored indoors after use and no outdoor fires are permitted.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home- your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or would like recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access.

• We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more.

• This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

• Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside and will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover mitigation costs. 

• Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

• Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

• Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge. 

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.
