QUIET HOURS
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be considerate of neighbors at all times. Parties and events are not permitted.

SMOKING
Smoking and vaping of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 remediation fee.

PETS
These homes are pet-friendly. Please ensure pets are included on the reservation and clean up after them during your stay.

PARKING
There is parking available for at least 2 vehicles, with additional street parking available at both homes.

OCCUPANCY
The maximum occupancy for the combined reservation is 12 guests. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in may be requested on the day of arrival through your digital guest guide. Requests are subject to availability and the cleaning team's schedule. If approved, a $50 early check-in fee applies.

LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are not permitted. Our cleaning teams operate on carefully scheduled timelines, and guests must vacate the properties by the designated check-out time. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $125 fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.

BELONGINGS
Please ensure you don't leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
